Description
The Web Flex Pro 12 Square Pitching Target is a full strike zone training target for baseball and softball pitchers. It presents 12 distinct strike zone squares across an expanded target surface, giving pitchers a complete visual reference for location, command, and pitch sequencing work.
Net construction
A single continuous premium net spans all 12 zones rather than individual sewn pockets. This removes seam boundaries and dead spots at zone edges, delivering consistent ball response across the entire surface and a net that resists pocket-by-pocket deterioration under repeated high-velocity use.
Frame and stability
The patented shock-absorbing Cush-Flex frame absorbs and neutralizes impact energy from each pitch, holding the target in position regardless of velocity or location. Pitchers can throw a full bullpen without stopping to reset or reposition the target between pitches.
Durability and maintenance
Heavy-duty construction supports daily high-volume bullpen sessions across a full season without tipping, pocket tears, or frame deterioration. The target requires no tightening, no pocket repairs, no net replacement, and no resets after hard throws.

Intended use
Designed for individual pitchers developing full-zone command across all 12 locations, youth programs where a larger target surface supports early command development, high school and collegiate pitching staffs running daily bullpens, travel and club teams that set up and break down equipment repeatedly, and indoor training facilities and cage bullpens running sessions daily.
Materials
The target combines a powder-coated steel tube frame with shock-absorbing Cush-Flex joints and a knotted premium polyester net. The frame resists corrosion for indoor cage use and outdoor mound work in varied weather.
Transport
The optional Pro Series Transport Dolly attaches to the frame and allows one person to roll the target across fields, mounds, and cage setups without disassembly.
Common questions
FAQ
Does the target move when it gets hit?
No. The Cush-Flex frame absorbs impact energy from every pitch and keeps the target in the position where it was placed.
Why does the single continuous net matter?
One net across all 12 zones removes the seam inconsistencies and zone boundary dead spots found in sewn-pocket designs, so ball response stays consistent across the full surface.
Is it appropriate for youth pitchers?
Yes. The larger surface gives young pitchers a clearer visual strike zone reference that supports early command development and helps build repeatable mechanics.
Can it be used for softball?
Yes. The target delivers the same stable 12-zone reference for softball pitchers developing location, command, and placement.
Does it require maintenance?
No. There is no tightening, pocket repair, or net replacement required between sessions.
