The Thera360 Plus is a one-person portable infrared sauna. You sit inside on a chair with your head out the top, surrounded by a bamboo-framed enclosure that packs down to the size of a large suitcase when you are finished with it.
Thirty minutes that are hard to interrupt
There is something useful about a space you cannot bring a laptop into. It is well over 100 degrees in there and the air is dry. Your phone would rather be somewhere else. Your head is out the top, so you can still hold a conversation or listen to something, but the rest of you is committed for the duration.
Most people settle on twenty to thirty minutes. It is long enough to feel like a real break and short enough to fit before work.
The heat
Infrared heat does not behave like a steam room. Rather than heating the air first and letting the air heat you, the panels warm you directly. The result is dry rather than heavy, and it builds gradually instead of hitting you at the door. You will sweat, and it tends to start later than you expect.
Tourmaline gemstone panels produce full spectrum infrared across near, mid, and far wavelengths, with rated emissivity of 98 percent. Temperature is adjustable from 100F to 170F, and the timer runs up to 90 minutes.
The light
Separate Tri-Lite panels emit red and near-infrared light during the session. The interior takes on a deep red cast while they are running, which is a large part of why the inside of this thing feels less like an appliance and more like a room.
Built for a room you actually live in
The frame and enclosure are made from non-toxic bamboo, so it looks like furniture rather than equipment when it is standing in a corner. The panels are built with EMF, ELF, and RF shielding, an earthing connection is included, and the tourmaline panels generate negative ions while running.
It folds away
This is the part that decides whether a sauna gets used or resented. The Thera360 Plus weighs 24 pounds and folds flat, so it goes under a bed or into a closet between sessions. Setup dimensions are 33 by 33 by 46 inches. It runs at 900W on a standard household outlet.
No permits, no contractor, no dedicated room, and no conversation with a landlord. First setup takes about ten minutes. After that it is closer to two.

Your first few sessions
Let the unit reach temperature before you climb in. Drink water before and after. Put a towel over the chair and another under your feet, which keeps everything cleaner and makes the seat more comfortable early on. Start at the lower end of the temperature range and work upward over a few sessions rather than starting at 170F on day on
Care
Wipe the interior down with a dry or lightly damp cloth after each session. Let the unit cool completely before folding it for storage. Do not submerge any electrical component.
